Fat = Money?
My friend showed this to me today and I was appalled by it. Actually it’s one of the few things that actually made me angry today. This family of fatties gets paid, yes PAID because they are fat. They say they cannot work because they are just TOO fat for that…

This family is just TOO lazy to work off their fat! Get a desk job! Work from home!!
Ooooh they can’t buy healthy food…too poor. The government doesn’t pay them enough for that.
BULL SH*T. Veggies aren’t THAT expensive, get em frozen for cripes sake if it’s THAT horrible.
“We’re fat because it’s in our genes. Our whole family is overweight.”
Well sure some people are more inclined to be fat more than others, but sitting on your arse all day eating 3000+ calories sure isn’t going to help the situation.
Basically they are just fat, lazy arse bums that don’t want to improve their situation. People like these piss me off so much, they live off the government and yet they still whine they don’t get enough money when they don’t do anything. UGH!
I Want More!
I gotta have more!!! He who has the most toys wins, it’s like the modern day motto. That or maybe A is for Apathy…
I’ll settle for both.
Anyways back to my topic! I seen so many people that complain about their money issues when they don’t make a consistent effort to try to save up. So many people just have to have the latest CD, newest games, most fashionable clothing, and then they wonder what happened to the money.

If more people would just be content with what they have and maybe save rather than buying everything new, get it after it’s off the new release rack or sacrifice being ultra trendy to just go with what’s comfortable and looks nice either at cheaper stores, or *gasp* second hand shops.
People also need to learn how to appreciate what they have. So many whine about how horrid their lives are, if only they had such and such it would make everything better. The old gets tossed after a couple years and the new replaces it. It works with some things but I know some they get a computer, a tv, phone, etc and a few months later replace it with a new one. It’s like its not even appreciated at all. I understand if you don’t like it but then why have it in the first place?
This leads my wandering mind to another topic of why people also can’t seem to appreciate how well off they have it in life. Of course most that whine about this are the younger teeny bopper age kids, who have nothing better to do. Granted some DO have it rough, but most I hear are just full of hot air and need to stuff it.
Seems like many people think the more things they accumulate the more it will make them happy, but it will NEVER fill that hole in their lives. All they are going to do eventually is sit up forever lost in someone’s attic or go to the junk yard. Physical things pass away. People should appreciate the small things in life, friends, family, pets, being able to go out, a lot more than most seem to do. You never know when you could lose those and no amount of cd’s, movies, clothes, etc are going to fill that gap. This is where my belief in God has helped me as it has filled in that hole, that and all the amazing friends, my guy and my family. I value them far more than anything material item in this world.
I feel that I missed something I was gonna touch on…Ah well. This does it for now.
I have been posting more art consistently for the last couple weeks now so don’t forget to check out my galleries for that, I think I will maybe work on writing a couple articles or something and get some free downloads up.
The Association Meme
Comment to this post and I will give you 5 subjects/things I associate you with. Then post this in your LJ/blog etc and elaborate on the subjects given. (link me when you do post it if you do this)
So I got all of mine from my friend LEA
1. Art – Is life. And life is art…well for me it is. Without art I would have no purpose and my life would not be complete. There would be a void that could not be filled. It is my way of expressing myself, my way to relieve stress, my way to show what I enjoy and to show appreciation for many things. I think that sums it up in short.
2. Balto – Ahhh Balto, one of the cartoons I was epically addicted to when I was younger. I won’t say obsessed because I didn’t eat, drink, sleep and breathe Balto, I just loved the movie and drew art for it a lot etc. Yes I had a site once but yeah…no comment. Now all I can tend to associate it with is it’s retarded fandumb. :( You people ruined it for me. D<
3. Pirates - Yarg pirates, I dunno why I am just intrigued by them. They’re just awesome. I know they were scallywags and not people to look up to but the whole concept is just neat to me. Learning about them I always found really interesting and you gotta face it… pirate movies are just win! Not to mention the costumes are sweeeet. :D
4. Pippin - Is amazing, he’s full of win, brave, silly, sweet, and all kinds of other coolness. His whole character development throughout the story is just spiffy. Not to mention Billy Boyd from the movie adaptation is pretty sweet himself. ;) I used to run a site about Pippin… I was pretty much obsessed with Lord of the Rings back then. Pippin and the people of Rohan were my favorite parts. Eventually I merged the two sites I had about both of those topics. hehe
5. Grey Kitties – I have had the pleasure to share my life with the most amazing grey kitty in the world, his name is Oliver. My bugaboo, and I wouldn’t trade him for anything. He’s what I based my screenname off of about eight years ago…wow so long…and that is why my character came to be. Though my Oliver is a pretty much solid grey, he’s a Russian Blue maybe mixed. Rescue kitty so no one is sure. Best personality ever in a cat, though in his old age he has turned into a bottom less pit…meaning we feed him constantly and he never gains weight. Poor guy though he loves his food!
