How about Zero Tolerance. I'm sure you've heard of this. It affects everything from corporate life to academia... but it's most prevalent in schools. It's an entirely political agenda. EVERY SINGLE independent study done on ZT has found it has absolutely no effect on violence, bullying, harrassment, etc... no matter where its enforced. What it DOES accomplish is punish a lot of innocent children who just want to be able to spread a little cream cheese on their bagels at lunch, or take a painkiller to deal with monthly cramps. There was even a case of a five year old SUSPENDED for carrying a plastic knife to school. Want more info? Randy of "This is True" has a BUNCH. He's an advocate for removing this abomination.

Hey, do the Tea Partiers count as younger-generation members count as people trying to take a stand about government policies? Because I know plenty of "younger generation" members who are active in that, and passionate about keeping the government from micromanaging their lives. Actually, two of my under-20 friends are on their local boards of directors.

Its NEVER a good thing when you give more power to the government, cuz the more you give, the more they take and the more controlling they'll be over the people. It's a not a pretty sight and I really don't want to see America go down that road.

I mean, okay, its alright to find people who want to genuine damage to many people, but that shouldn't mean we should give up our freedoms and live in fear cuz of that.

I'm really disappointed with some people in this newer generation.
